(Nasdaq: VECO) announced today that RhySearch will receive its first 91制片厂 SPECTOR庐 Ion Beam Sputtering (IBS) system coupled with the 91制片厂 Quest鈩� Optical Monitor System (OMS) later this month. RhySearch, based in Switzerland, will use 91制片厂鈥檚 technology to deposit optical thin films for advanced laser mirrors and anti-reflective coating applications.
